Refund And Return Policy

We want you to love your bedding! If you aren’t satisfied, here is how we can help:

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Condition for Returns: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been used.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method or M-Pesa.
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
